1. What we sell

Digital educational products — primarily PDF courses, delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

2. Licence granted to you

When you buy a course you receive a single-user, personal, non-transferable licence.

You may:

• Use the material for your own personal and professional work
• Use the prompts and templates in your own work and in work you do for clients
• Print one copy for your own use

You may not:

• Share, forward, upload or distribute the file to anyone else
• Resell the content, in whole or in part, under any name
• Use the content to create your own course, video series or paid material
• Distribute it within a team, class, institution or organisation without a group licence

3. Intellectual property

All course content, website content, text, structure and design are the property of AI Toolbelt and are protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your card or banking details. Access is provided immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access, contact us within 7 days.

5. Accuracy of content

AI products change quickly. Course content reflects the state of the tools at the time of writing. We do not warrant that every feature, price or interface detail remains current. Official sources are linked throughout so you can verify. Buyers receive updates at no extra cost.

6. No professional advice

Our courses are for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or professional business advice. We are not lawyers, chartered accountants or licensed financial advisors. Consult a qualified professional for any such matter.

7. No income guarantee

Any income figures, rates or business results mentioned are illustrative only. They are not a guarantee, promise or projection of earnings. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your city, India.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems.

4. Third parties

The short version

Our courses are digital products delivered instantly. Once the file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. This is standard for digital goods, because the product cannot be returned once it is in your hands.

Why we ask you to read before buying

Because we cannot refund after download, we let you judge the product first. This page includes the full module list with time estimates, a real sample of the content, an honest "don't buy this if" section, and a clear statement of what is and is not included. If you are unsure whether the course fits you, ask us first — we would rather answer a question than take money from someone the course will not help.

When we will help

We will resolve the following free of charge if you contact us within 7 days of purchase:

• You did not receive the file. We will resend it.
• The file is corrupted or will not open. We will send a working copy.
• You were charged twice. We will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• You were charged but the order failed. We will refund it in full.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it usually takes 5–10 working days to appear.

Cases we cannot refund

• You changed your mind after downloading
• You did not read the course description before buying
• You did not complete the course or the assignments
• You did not achieve a particular income or business result
• You bought the course expecting something it never claimed to be

Your statutory rights

This policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in India and does not remove any right you have under that law.
